The Role As the Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of the sales team—overseeing all administrative tasks for properties from listing to settlement. Your role will include: Preparing properties for sale including coordinating repairs, photoshoots, and styling Creating listing and appraisal presentation kits Diary management and scheduling open homes Liaising with clients, internal teams, and suppliers Preparing for and assisting at pre-settlement inspections The Person We’re looking for someone who: Has prior experience in real estate sales administration Holds a current Certificate of Registration (essential) Presents professionally with strong communication skills Has a high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work Owns a car and driver’s licence (preferred but not essential initially) The Perks Career growth into an EA role over time Work Monday to Friday only—enjoy your weekends!
